Andrea Inghisciano studied the classical trumpet with Marco Nesi and Jazz with Mauro Grossi at the Istituto Musicale Pareggiato “P. Mascagni” in Livorno. Subsequently, he discovered the cornetto and studied with Bruce Dickey, both at the Conservatorio “A. Pedrollo” in Vicenza, and at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, gaining a Master’s degree in the Performance of Early Music.
He has collaborated with ensembles such as La Pifarescha, Il Giardino Armonico, Concerto Palatino, I Barocchisti, Concerto Italiano, Concerto Romano, Modo Antiquo, Tibicines, La Venexiana, Cantar Lontano, Musica Amphion, La Stagione Armonica, Solistenensemble Kaleidoskop, Il Profondo, L'Homme Armé, Orchestra Barocca di Bologna, Orchestra Sinfonica di San Remo, Ensemble Orologio, Ensemble S. Felice, Accademia degli Invaghiti, Ensemble Les Nations, Orchestra barocca di Cremona, Accademia Montis Regalis and has recorded for Emi, Amadeus, Tactus, Tibicines, Spazi Sonori, Midfinger Records and Clavis.
